Alternative Dispute Resolution

In addition to traditional litigation, our firm also specializes in Alternative Dispute Resolution, known as ADR. ADR, such as arbitration and mediation, is often a more cost and time efficient method of concluding disputed matters. Mediation uses a neutral intermediary to help parties come to mutually agreeable settlements. Arbitration usually takes the form of a "mini-trial" in front of an intermediary whose decision on the matter is final. Both allow our client's problems to be concluded less expensively and quicker than a jury trial.
