Entering Carrollton from the North (Bremen/Rome, GA)

  • Take US Hwy 27 South into Carrollton
  • Turn left onto Alabama Street
  • Go through 2 traffic lights
  • Turn right onto John Wesley Pl. The building has "Wagon Yard Plaza" on the side.
  • The Tisinger Vance parking lot is one entrance down on the left. To the right is a city parking lot and our building faces this parking lot. (Cream-colored stucco building with dark blue awnings.)
  • The entrance is in the center of the building, through the large glass door, above the courtyard.

Entering Carrollton from the east (Douglasville/Atlanta)

  • Take Interstate 20 west to Exit 24. Villa Rica/Carrollton Highway 61. Turn left. (south)
  • Approximately 8 miles from Interstate 20 Highway 61 becomes Highway 166 (West). Continue straight.
  • Upon entering Carrollton, continue straight on Highway 166 West (Business route) (DO NOT TURN left onto Highway 166 Bypass.) This road becomes Bankhead Highway.
  • Continue straight on Bankhead Highway through traffic lights at these major intersections:
    • First Tuesday Mall
    • Almon Road
    • Postal Way/Martin Road
    • Cedar Street
    • Newnan Road (Bankhead Highway now becomes Newnan Street)
    • North and South White Streets
    • Dixie Street (At this intersection you will see the Courthouse on your left.)
  • Continue straight to the second street on the left past the Courthouse. Turn left onto John Wesley Pl. The building has "Wagon Yard Plaza" on the side.

Entering Carrollton from the southeast (Newnan, GA)

  • Take Highway 16 (Alternate Hwy 27) into Carrollton. Drive time is approximately 30 minutes.)
  • You will pass the West Central Technical College campus on your left and the Carroll County Sheriff's Department on your right. Continue straight through this intersection.
  • Alternate Hwy 27 will dead end on Newnan St/Bankhead hwy, (at the SECOND Traffic light), turn left onto Newnan Street.
  • After turning, at the second light, the Dixie St. intersection, you will see the Courthouse on your left.)
  • Continue straight to the second street on the left past the Courthouse. Turn left onto John Wesley Pl. Our building has "Wagon Yard Plaza" on the side.

Entering Carrollton from the west (Anniston/Birmingham)

  • Take Interstate 20 east to Exit 11-Bremen. Turn right onto Highway 27 south.
  • Continue on Highway 27 south approximately 10 miles to the traffic light at the intersection of Highway 113 and the Chevrolet Auto dealership.
  • Continue straight. At the third traffic light turn left on Alabama Street. (The city cemetery will be on your right.) You will enter the Downtown area (Adamson Square).
  • Our building is at the end of the first block past Adamson Square. Take the first right turn onto John Wesley Pl. Our building has "Wagon Yard Plaza" on the side.

Entering Carrollton from the south (LaGrange)
  • Take Highway 27 North from LaGrange. Continue approximately 45 miles to the traffic light at the Cross Roads Shopping Center. (Home Depot/Wal-Mart)
  • Continue on Highway 27 north through 5 traffic lights. After the 5th light, exit onto South Street (Exit Only in the right lane). Turn Right on South Street.
  • Approximately 1 block after turning, the road turns left 90 degrees and continues over the railroad tracks.
  • Continue through the stop sign at City Hall to the traffic light at Adamson Square. At the light turn right onto Newnan Street.
  • Our building is at the end of the first block past Adamson Square. Take the first right turn onto John Wesley Pl. Our building has "Wagon Yard Plaza" on the side.
