 Mr. Walker holds a Professional Engineering (P.E.) registration within the state of Georgia and has practiced Electrical Engineering in the utility arena for 15 years.  Mr. Walker has worked extensively with National Electric Safety Code (NESC) rules.  Also he has participated in several local and national committees in the utility industry including a national fuel cell committee member, representation in renewable energy resources, and PURPA hearings.
